Bone Broth Diet. My Personal Shopping List!

Its Sunday and I am getting ready for the week. I always make a list .This is important to have all your food for the week and prep! This is my shopping list . All of these items must be Organic ,just read the labels .

 PROTIEN

4 Lg. Chicken breasts

– 6 Cans Albacore Chunk White Tuna

– 2 lbs. Lean Ground Turkey

– 2  pieces of salmon ( 4-6 oz. per pieces)

-Eggs Organic/Free range if possible

– Bacon Nitrate and Gluten free 

FATS

–  6 Avacodo’s 

– Butter

– Coconut chips

– Coconut milk creamer

– Coconut Oil

– Nuts (Cashews ,brazil nuts ,almonds)

– Olives

FRUITS

–  Strawberries  

– Blueberries

-Rasberries

– Blackberries

– Apples

– Lemon/Limes

VEGIES

– Asparagus

– Broccoli

– Brussel Sprouts

– Celery

– Garlic

– Lettuce (Kale,Spinach,Arugula )

– Roma Tomatoes

DRINKS

– Coffee,Tea,Water,Mineral water.

– BONE BROTH

– 3 Bags or boxes per person for mini fast days 

– 2 Bags or boxes for the week and to cook with
