After a fantastic weekend of tricks and treats , too much rich good food and too much wine, it’s time to start my week off properly! Breakfast consisting of a really great tasting protein shake post workout of course. And Krill oil is great not only great for your skin but reduces the risk of coronary heart disease. Biotin for hair and nails, Vit B-complex, E and C super anti-oxidant!
Also I will chop my Kale, radish, Cabbage and other veggies and whip that into a great salad along with grilled chicken. See you next weekend indulgent foods! A girls gotta have a little fun…Right!?
